Jackrabbit Brewing Company was founded in 2013 by four brewers united by a passion for full-flavored, balanced beer. Inspired by Belgian, English, and German brewing traditions, we brew using classic techniques while embracing the creativity and independent spirit of California.
We bring a DIY work ethic to everything we do, from building our own equipment to running the business; we believe in doing things our own way. Even when it means taking the harder path.
We stay closely involved in every step of the process, starting with selecting quality ingredients, and following through all the way to packaging and serving our beer.
