Jackrabbit Brewing Co. is looking for a hard-working, enthusiastic, passionate, team-oriented, and reliable candidate. This position will include packaging, cellar work, and brewery sanitation. <16hrs/wk (Monday & Wednesday Availability is Required)

Immediate Responsibilities:

·         Assist in all packaging operations via kegging, Mobile Canning & Bottling.

·         Operate keg washer, cleaning and sanitizing all beer contact surfaces and equipment

·         Grain Handling and Organization

·         Regularly and safely work around Chemicals, high voltage, flame, and hot water

·         Ensure proper record keeping of all brewhouse activities

·         Be mindful of potential quality concerns

·         Maintain compliance with all brewery safety protocols

·         Remain in constant communication with the Brewers

Responsibilities with Time:

·         Operate CIP (Clean In Place) systems for all brewing and cellaring equipment, including the use of hazardous chemicals

·         Prepare beer for packaging

·         Navigate unpredictable tasks that arise on a day-to-day basis. We expect all our brewery employees to be willing to take on additional tasks and responsibilities as needed

Required Skills and Abilities:

·         Have a valid driver’s license and a clean record

·         Be able to lift 55lbs frequently and move up to 170lbs

·         Positive outlook and attitude

·         Attention to detail

·         Ability to work unsupervised while maintaining safety and quality standards

·         Ability to work in a team environment

·         Warehouse experience and Fork Lift Certification is preferred, but not necessarily required

Benefits:
