Thank you for loving our space!

Our goal is to drink great beer with even greater people in the safest and most fun way possible, please read the below carefully.


When is the venue fee due?

Your date is not guaranteed until all venue fees have been paid in full and a credit card authorization form has been approved. Venue fees are non-refundable.


Can I cancel or reschedule?

We get it, life happens! Rescheduling is permitted 14+ days prior to the reservation date. Any cancelations on the part of the client will forfeit all payments.


How does the Draft Beer Minimum work? You have two options when it comes to beer service during your event. Please choose one of the following.

1 . Hosted bar with limit:

Once the draft beer minimum or agreed-upon amount has been reached the tab will be closed using the card on file plus a 20% gratuity. Your guests will be responsible for additional purchases.

What is the limit? The limit could be the required minimum or a higher amount you set.

For example, if your guests are given 2 drink tickets, we will not close your tab until all the drink tickets have been redeemed even though the total will be more than the required minimum.

Drink tickets are available by pre-order, $5 for 50 or you can supply your own.

2 . Fully Hosted bar: The tab stays open for the entire duration of your reservation, no guests will be asked to pay for draft beer. At the end of your reservation, the tab will be closed using the card on file plus a 20% gratuity.

Wristbands are available by pre-order, $5 for 50 or you can supply your own.

What happens if we don’t hit the minimum? Sometimes guests don’t drink quite as much as you thought. If at the end of your reservation time, the draft minimum has not been met, the remaining balance will be charged as a fee. Bar minimums must be spent on draft beer and are non-transferable to merch, packaged beer or gift cards.


Can you serve wine?

Absolutely! Enjoy a selection of Bogle Vineyards wine available by the bottle. We keep 6 bottles of red and 6 bottles of white on hand, if you think you will need more please let us know ahead of time.

Be sure to ask about pre-ordering and specialty/sparkling wines!


Wine does NOT apply towards the Draft Beer Minimum. You have two options when it comes to wine and soda service during your event. Please choose one of the following.

  1. Guests are responsible for all wine and soda purchases.

  2. No guests will be asked to pay for wine or soda, these items will be charged to the CC on file in addition to the Draft Beer Minimum.


Can we bring our own beer/wine/cider/alcohol?

Sorry but NO!! This is one we are real sticklers about. Per California law, the consumption of outside alcohol is not permitted on the premises or surrounding parking lot/street. Any members of your party who are found with non-approved alcohol (including unopened bottles) or found drinking in undesignated areas, will be immediately evicted and we reserve the right to end your event. All monies paid and any remaining reservation time will be forfeited.


Can I bring in catering?

We do not have a kitchen but do have a caterer or food truck on site every day we are open. Ask us about their group specials or arrange your own catering, order-in, potluck or hire a food truck. As a courtesy to our on-site caterers please let us know if you are planning on supporting them or making your own food arrangements so they can plan accordingly.

For insurance purposes, all vendors must receive prior approval.


What vendors can I hire?

DJs, live music, large photo booths, bounce houses, etc. Additional fees may apply. We reserve the right to end any vendor at any time.

Can we decorate?

Absolutely! Non-damaging decorations are permitted. A cleaning fee will be charged for glitter/ confetti or any non-brewery property left behind. You are welcome to use our tables and chairs or bring your own! Please let us know ahead of time if you would like any tables/chairs removed from the space.

What about setup/cleanup time?

All reservations include 30 minutes of complimentary setup & cleanup time.

Additional setup time may be requested. $50/30 minutes.

Need a hand decorating? Drop off your party supplies the day before and let our team get the space party ready! We can do everything from table moving to centerpieces.

Pricing will vary. Must be arranged with Evey in advance.


Are you kid & dog friendly?

Well behaved children and dogs are welcome; it is always the parents’ or guardians’ sole responsibility to provide adult supervision at all times. Children must remain within arms reach of a parent or guardian and dogs must remain leached at all times. If a child is found in an off-limits area or behaving dangerously or disruptively, they will be asked to leave.


Smoking & Vaping:

Per California law, smoking or vaping is not allowed inside the taproom or within 25 feet of any building entrance or exit.


Legal Drinking:

All guests must be 21 years old or over and have a valid form of ID to be served and consume alcohol. Purchasing or giving alcohol to someone who can not legally be served will result in immediate removal from premises and termination of your event.


Labiality:

You are responsible for all loss, theft, or damage to your guests’ property and Jackrabbit Brewing Co.’s building, grounds, equipment, and furnishings. The cost of replacement or repair of any item will be charged to the client. JBC and its insurers are not to be held liable for any damage or loss.


Firearms, weapons, fireworks, explosives, open flames, and illegal drugs are strictly prohibited. If any members of your party are found with banned items they will be immediately evicted and we reserve the right to end your event. All monies paid and the remaining reservation time will be forfeited.
