5/19 Enjoy delicious food and specially paired beers. Each course will be prepared table-side and served with a specially paired craft ale. Brewmaster Chris and Chefs Luis & Victor Cruz guide you through all 5 courses in this intimate dining experience.

Seating is limited to 24 guests, will last approximately 2 hours and is for adults aged 21 years or older.


First Course: Savory funnel cake with herb butter and sea salt - All The Gold English Blonde Ale

Second Course: Citrus salmon with onions and tomatoes - Saison Farmhouse Ale

Third Course: Short rib with demi glace and fried vegetables - Square Hare Belgian Quad Ale

Fourth Course: Salmon with fresh gnocchi, peas, heirloom carrots and Parmesan cream - Tripel Belgian Strong Ale

Dessert: Key lime curd with cookie crumbs and torched meringue - Cherry Lime-Ale

Seating is unassigned and will begin at 6:45pm, please find a table and a server will check you in.
