Sunday Supper

Join us in the taproom for an intimate 6 course dining experience and beer pairing with Brewmaster Chris and Chefs Luis & Victor Cruz. Each course will be prepared table-side and served with a specially paired craft ale.

This will be a completely private event and the taproom will be closed to the public for the duration of the dinner. Because all the courses will be prepared table side you can expect the dinner and pairing to last approximately 2 hours. 

Guests must be 21 years or older to attend. Purchase your tickets HERE, spaces are limited so that we can provide an excellent dining and drinking experience for all guests. Tickets are $99 per person and include a small gift for you to take home. 

First Course: Chicharron with mole madre. 

Second Course: Agula chile with scallops, radishes, avocado, jicama and jalapeno emulsion. 

Third Course: Pozole with pork belly, hominy, oregano, radishes, cilantro, and spicy red broth. 

Fourth Course: Street corn with lobster, queso fresco, sweet corn and lobster agnolotty. 

Fifth Course: Short rib mole with mole madre and heirloom tomato mole.

Dessert: Cinnamon churros with chocolate la abuelita.

Because each course will be served with a beer we do recommend that you uber/lift or arrange a safe way to get home.
