Sunday Supper: Chef's Table & Beer Pairing


Join us in the taproom for an intimate 5 course dining experience and beer pairing with Brewmaster Chris and Chefs Luis & Victor Cruz. Each course will be prepared table-side and served with a specially paired craft ale.

This will be a completely private event and the taproom will be closed to the public for the duration of the dinner. Because each courses will be prepared table side you can expect the dinner and pairing to last approximately 2 hours. Guests must be 21 years or older to attend. 

First Course: Bone marrow on a fried beignet with herbs.

Second Course: Beef tenderloin carpaccio with mustard, micro arugula, horseradish cream, fried capers, and fresh potato chips.

Third Course: Short rib ravioli with a whole grain mustard demi, onion rings and shaved parmesan.

Fourth Course: Filet mignon with asparagus, potatoes, carrots, braised cabbage, a sunny side up egg, and bordelaise sauce.

Desert: Chocolate surprise

The beer list will be released soon, our brewers & team are working hard on making the selections. 

Purchase your tickets in the ticket link above, spaces are limited so that we can provide an excellent dining and drinking experience for all guests. Tickets are $75 per person. 

Because each course will be served with a beer we do recommend that you uber/lift or arrange a safe way to get home.
