Hank Shaw Book Release

He's done it again! Join us for the release of cookbook number FOUR! Pheasant, Quail, Cottontail is a comprehensive, lushly illustrated cookbook devoted to preparing and cooking upland birds and small game (like rabbits!), both wild and domesticated. 

We are brewing a lemongrass sage ale for the occasion and currently working with a local chef to create a rabbit dish for you to enjoy while you talk to Hank Shaw and peruse this amazing cookbook.
